 My name is Rosemary Kennedy from New Life Apostolic Church in Summit; MS. I wanted to take this time to share my testimony of healing with you. In May 2009, I became very sick, I started having severe stomach pain, I could not eat without becoming sick. Everything I tried to eat hurt my stomach so I set up an appointment with my doctor, he ordered x-rays and gallbladder scan, which all came back normal, but I still was in much pain. I had lost 16 lbs in a month; my doctor set me up with an upper GI in Hattiesburg, which showed a bad infection in my throat and upper stomach. He gave me some medicine to take, and about three days after that he called me, wanting blood work done. After two weeks they called with my report, it looked as though I had cancer in my blood, all my blood levels were very low. This was now July. I had just lost my Mother last year with cancer, and at this point I was scared, all I could think about was my husband and son.
I knew God was the healer. He had healed me before. But, when you hear a doctor say cancer, you just think right then you will die. So I called my husband at work, and told him the news, and he and I begin to pray over the phone. My husband is a God fearing man that loves the Lord. So my doctor made me an appointment with a cancer doctor, at the cancer center in Hattiesburg, MS. But it would be four weeks before I could see him, my appointment was August 12th. Well we knew we had to touch God. On August 5th, we started revival service with Bro. Chuck Coburn. Every night we had a great time in the Lord, and on the night of the 9th it was a healing service, Bro Coburn came over and started to pray with me, and I started to feel a clean feeling come over my whole body. I knew with everything in me that God had just washed me clean from this cancer. I told my husband, I feel different, and we believed together. On the 12th of August when I went in I had tons of blood work to do, and after about 45 minutes they called us in, and the doctor just threw up his hands in the air and said, I don't understand this at all but all your blood work is clear, there is no sign of cancer anywhere, not even high cholesterol which I had. The Lord had come through for me, my husband told the doctor, that we knew what had happened, It was God, and the doctor said I do know she had somebody praying for her. THE LORD IS AWESOME: He is a prayer answering God, if we just pray and believe in Him. I know with all my heart he sent Bro. Coburn by our way, right when we needed him.
