On March 13, 2007 we were scheduled to take our eight month old daughter Kayla for her shots at Sandhills Pediatrics. Once there they discovered a spot on Kayla’s lower spine and immediately the doctors was worried that Kayla had spinal bifida or some sort of muscle disease. She had no muscle tone in her legs. She wasn’t able to bare her weight on them as they preferred. They immediately sent us over to Pinehurst Radiology. On the way there we called our Pastor and church family from Newlife Tabernacle to PRAY!!! Sandhills Pediatrics also requested us to take Kayla to Chapel Hill for a MRI and extensive blood test. We were scheduled for May 30, 2007.

Every church service we would pray for Kayla and have her anointed with oil. The week prior to her test results coming back Bro. Coburn was preaching a revival for us. We asked if he would pray for her healing. The power of God was so evident in the church that evening. On May 30, 2007 we waited….Finally the Doctor came in gave us the results of her MRI. It came back perfect and so did her blood test. The doctor only requested physical therapy for Kayla.

We give God the praise!! Glory!! She is a MIRACLE BABY!!!
